Monaco has a mediterranean climate type which means it has two main seasons, summer and winter. Summers are longer than winters and winters are actually pretty mild, with almost no snow.

The best time to go to Monaco would be in the spring or the fall. Specifically, for the Spring, between April and May, and for the Fall, between September and October. In Monaco, at that time of year, it averages around 70°F, with the average rainfall being around 1.5 inches.

When packing for Monaco, it’s important to bring light jackets for the evenings, even though it might be warm during the day. Also, a swimsuit is strongly recommended, since afterall, Monaco is on the Mediterranean coast. Other than that, just pack shorts, t-shirts, dresses, a few pairs of pants (depending on how long your stay is) and something you can cover your eyes/face with (sunglasses and a baseball cap/sun hat). Oh, and don’t forget sunblock!
