There are a variety of different ways you can get to Monaco.The most popular method is by plane, especially if it’s longer distance. If you are flying, you will most likely fly into the Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport. You can also reach Monaco by land, which includes by car, train, or bus.

Once you are in Monaco, you have several different choices to make, relating to transportation.  The 3 most common ways are by bus, local transport, and taxi. Local transport includes lifts, which is a system of escalators that are used throughout the country, especially on steep streets, and night buses, which sail back and forth on the harbor.
